She says it in a "I am so surprised, that I cannot express any other emotion than surprise/shock"-voice.
She could be scared to death by th… moree person or she could be so happy to see them. That line wouldn't sound different, if it was Lee with her parents she sees. To me that does kind of rule out Christa. Because with Christa, her shock would be smaller so that she could go to "I am so happy to see you" faster. The shock would be smaller because she would still be hoping to see her alive (hoping implies still somewhat of expecting it to be true), whereas the scene suggests the person she sees was "dead for sure" in her mind.
So my take is: Her voice and face show that she is really really really surprised to see that person. But it does not show one way or the other whether that person is someone nice or someone bad.

Just going way back... At the dead people on the sandbanks scene. Obviously roman is dead. Many people are saying the woman in the bed from t… morehe dead couple in epsiode 5 is also dead. I believe in is Anna Correa from the pregnancy films you find in Crawford. Why would a dead body from a bed be transported to a sandbank. Obviously I wouldn't. You also see Anna stab the doctor, and therefore probably sneak out of Crawford. Can people either agree or disagree with me and explain why it is / isn't Anna correa dead on the sandbars?

Yeah, I was at total shock when Omid died at the very beginning of Season 2. Totally didn't see it coming and really didn't want it to happen.… more He acted WAY too slow though, but still. He was the ONLY "comic relief" character so far within the game. It really pissed me off that he died so fast. Poor Omid

This may also go for Lilly, whom I also think is a character from the comics.

Lilly, I really wouldn't know why Clementine would actually think of her being dead. Either she was left on the side of the road, (which Clem … morewould probably think of her being dead), or you took her with you just so she can steal the RV. Either way, she was going to quote those exact words either way. But Lilly is a character that still has possibilities of it being her.

I kind of hope it's Christa. If Carver turns out to be an antagonist, I could see her (Christa) being held hostage. Clem doesn't seem to be looking up - more like straight ahead. If it was Christa, and she was a hostage, she could have been kneeling on the ground (if you've ever seen movies where people are hostages, most of the time, they are thrown out and land on their knees). My second guess would be Kenny, and my third guess would be Molly, because Lee shot her accidentally. I don't know how probable Lilly would be, so I highly doubt it's her.
By my interpretation judging by Clem's hateful tone It must be lilly, you don't see her die no matter your choice and clem would have reason to hate her because she killed carley (or doug) and i'm pretty sure she isn't the same lilly from the comics anymore.
