    Thank god.

I actually saw myself a way to sort of, "disregard" his post yet not fully doing so. He does deserve it.

What happened to Kenny? Will Pascucci return? What happens with Jeremy and Melody? Find out next time on: The Walking Dead.

Who else read that in a deep voice-over voice?

  • Good questions. Also: Why would they bomb the place instead of just killing them and keeping their supplies :-(

Okay you know what for the most part this is fine, but killing off Melody, Jeremy, and Brian. That's to much dude, that's way to much. Also why does this new two group things want to kill Clems group ? How do they know they where they are ?

  • Here's my solution to the three way war. The group fucks off. They find Jeremy and Melody and leave, maybe back to the farm. I know it's not the best solution but I don't want to see this story arch AGAIN !

My intention with creating that settlement Jack is in was to bring a different kind of conflict. We've already seen two groups collide, so I thought it would be interesting to see some more arguments within a group, rather than what we have now.

I also feel like Lord_Zasca kind of left us with a horrible post to continue upon. The fact that he left us after that only added insult to injury. Almost like he wanted the story to well... suck.

  • I know. I wanted to ignore the post but it seems like we are going with it now.

  • I agree, though I have a few "ideas" how to get our group out of the misery, even though it's not my turn. I am sure we can make it work, like we managed several downs in the past, what do you think?

He has a point when he says "There is no rule that prohibits planning". I feel like he took advantage of the fact that one of our rules also says "Don't disregard a post just because you don't like it - go for it as long as it is plausible". I think it is against the rule to disregard his contribution though I've been always worrying his planning ahead could turn out like this. He indicated it several times by saying "My post remains no matter what".

I try not to be too bothered by that selfish behaviour. He got what he wanted: he posted his prewritten story and I really tried to read through his post with objective glasses on and I am kind of relieved that not only I found that twist kinda ... weird, to formulate it nicely.

I know what the rules say. It's just, ugh it feels like it's gonna pull the story down, and on the last episode to.

Well, rules are made to be broken. I think we barely have a choice here, because the rule says: "Don't disregard a post just because you don't like it - go for it as long as it is plausible'' And to be fair, that post wasn't extremely plausible. The entire post doesn't make sense because:

A.) We are very, very far away from where New Crawford is supposed to be. Someone looked up all the locations we had been to so far and according to that the group had traveled a long way since their conflict with New Crawford.

B.) Why would they just blow up that cabin, rather than to search it first. They could have easily overpowered anyone in it, even Bryan with his fighting skills.

C.) Clem couldn't have saved the presumably dead group-members because an army was attacking them. So why would Danielle suddenly shoot Clem over something Clem couldn't have done, even if she wanted to.

D.) It's impossible for Kenny not to notice a big war going on between the two settlements. He was there for about a week , so something should have caught his attention, like I don't know... The entire town learning how to use a gun to prepare for it?

All in all, I think his post made little to no sense, and I request we disregard it to create a better, much more fitting opening post for Episode 5.

I'm with you. I also wanted to disregard his post, but then I was afraid one could say "Of course she wants to disregard it - she has had differences with Lord_zasca's" or someone calling me selfish. Besides he kind of prognosticated that his post would become disregarded, long way before he actually posted it. I did not want to acknowledge his assumption.

I have an interesting idea, although I'm not allowed to write because I was the one writing the last post of ep.4 and I will be attending a friends birthday in about half an hour.

But basically, what i had in mind was that something forces the group to move on, probably a sudden increase in the walker's numbers. They will have to rush out of the cabin and in their haste one of the candles falls over, the group runs away leaving the now burning cabin behind.

Eventually they might reach the settlement Kenny is in, and some stuff has probably happened in the settlement when they arrive. After that, we could see about what we're going to do with Pascucci's new 'friends' and the possible struggle between the settlement and his group.

Of course, everything I am saying here is just some things we could do in this episode, so don't consider this planning or setting things in stone, I'm just thinking out loud.

Well, you did your best to save it, and I truly appreciate that. But the story had fallen into a pit no one could get it out of, we just have to move on and make something better.

And, if no one minds, I would love to write the opening post. But that would be hard because I wrote the last post as well.

  • I can just speak for myself and I don't mind if you make the opening post, as soon as you find a credible reason for them to leave the cabin. I'm interested in what's between Jeremy and Melody, can't wait to find out what Clementine is like after what she did to Danielle, does Danielle survive and if yes, will she forgive Clem? And how about Bryan? Will he play a more active role than he does now?

    Can't wait

Frank looks around, "what in the hell am i going to do?" He looks all around as the nearby walkers walk closer. He then looks up at the trees near him. "Well shit! Ain't it my lucky day?" He sees a hunting blind in the tallest tree. He climbs up, leaving Pascucci to check if it's safe. He sees a rotted walker tied up in the blind. "Hmm, must'v been here a while. Probably trying to keep his group safe, not knowing the head is what how you kill it." Frank, who was a tall muscular man, crushes it's head with his foot. Then he glances out the blind, "Holy Shit!" Off in the distance he sees an enormous amount of Zorks. The biggest herd he has ever seen, if he doesn't grab Pascucci and hide quick, they will be Zork meat. Alt text That was how I thought the area should look.

Back at Jack's group, days after the amputation, Jack, who was sitting in his room over hears another fight, no surprise. It was also not a surprise who was involved in the fight. "Is it possible for Sarah to not argue?" Jack sighs and gets up from his bed and steps out side when he hears a shot. The whole crowd of arguers goes silent. "I had to do it! He would have gotten us all killed!" Yells Sarah. Jack now runs at her, "What the hell! How did you get a gun! You know the rules! No guns on anybody, it all stays in the armory! And somebody get that poor man to the nurse." Once the crowd dies down Jack walks over to Sarah and starts talking, "Sarah, you know the rules, i excpect better from you! You have been here the longest besides me, and my Dad. So, Just because your a Veteran doesn't mean the rules don't apply to you. And you know we take rules strongly around here, so not only have you lost your privileges, but have to stay in the community jail for a week, and.." Sarah cuts Jack off, "Yeah I know blah blah if I shoot again i'll be forced to leave blah blah" Jack now frustrated says, "Just listen, don't do it again that could have been my dad."

Back at the cabin, "Hey Melody, can I talk to you for a second" Says Clementine, "Why of course you can." Clementine goes on, "Danielle won't talk to me, she won't understand that I had to cut her hand off. I didn't want do it, I really didn't want to, but I had to. And she just doesn't get it!" Melody now says, "I understand her anger Clem, and I understand your anger. Here's and idea, offer to read that comic book Kenny gave you to read with her. I'm sure she will like that." Later that day... "Hey Danielle do you want to read that comic book Kenny gave me-" Danielle cuts her off, "And how do you except me to do that, with one arm?! Now leave me alone I want nothing to do with you anymore!" Clem then says....

While that was happening.... "Hey Brian, can you keep an eye on Clementine and Danielle while me and Jeremy go out into town and find some supplies, were all out of medical supplies now, and-" Bryan, cuts her off, "Yeah, I can keep an eye on them."
