We might be able to elaborate on why the candle actually fell. It might have happened during a fight between Clem and Danielle, giving them both a sense of guilt.

    Yup, i'm The Killer ;P.

Seriously though, sorry for killing everyone off all the time :3.

And yeah, a fallen candle was sort of a typical route to go, hehe. But just like @That_1_Guy said, it might have happened during a fight etc.

(Look what I found! Start right here: )

Jeremy crouches down and closes the eye-lids of his fallen lover. He wipes away another tear before starting to walk along the road, with the rest of the group following him. Clementine walks next to Bryan and grips tightly around his big, thick-skinned hands. It feels warm, and beautiful memories of the cold winter nights at the Motor Inn during which Lee laid next to her in bed, cuddling to stay warm, resurface. Danielle walks right behind them, still quietly sobbing over Melody's death. The group walks silently for about ten minutes when Jeremy notices something along the side of the road.

''Jackpot.'', he says while pointing at a blue station-wagon which is still running. He jogs over and readies his baseball-bat before looking through the crystal clear windows. He puts his bat back into his bag when he is done checking the area for any possible danger and shouts at the group to come over to him. ''The car's full of supplies, and still has some gas. We could use it to get to the settlement.'' Bryan and Clem silently agree while Danielle suddenly speaks up. ''We shouldn't take these supplies, what if the owner comes back?'' Clementine walks right past her, but Danielle pulls her back. ''At least think about it!''

''We need to take care of ourselves. They shouldn't have been so careless.'', Clementine moves Danielle's arm away and proceeds to walk to Jeremy and the car with a content grin on her face. She is no longer the naive little girl that doesn't want to take a car full of supplies. She asked the same question all those months ago, and now she finally understands why Lee and the others decided to take the supplies, even though she didn't want them to. It's the only way to survive. Survival of the fittest, just like Chuck told her when they were at the train.

Bryan walked past Danielle as well, deciding this wasn't the time to leave useful items like that. The three rummage through the trunk of the car, checking what kind of supplies are in there. ''We've got some clothes, water bottles, and enough canned beans to feed an orphanage.'', Bryan smiles. ''Looks like things are finally going well.'' Danielle reluctantly steps into the car next to Clementine, with the two adults sitting in the front. Jeremy is just about to drive away when suddenly...

I just got a GREAT idea! Whoever's next: I'd appreciate if you don't let them reach any settlement, yet!

Gotta come home from work and I'll write as soon as I can

Edit: I'll write right after That_1_Guy

  • I wasn't planning on letting them reach the settlement yet, so that's going to be alright.

... the lights fall onto two persons. "It's a kid!", shouts Danielle. Jeremy tries to catch sight of them: It was an elderly lady in her 60s with a very young boy, looking anxious and holding her hand very tightly. "I'm staying here, covering you... Talk to them... Don't look at me like that: I scare people. Go." speaks Bryan and Jeremy steps out of the car, slowly, with his arms above his head as he walks towards them.

    5 Minutes later
"What's taking so long...?", asks Clem, as the group tries to catch a hint of what they're talkin about when Jeremy finally gets back into the car, closing the door. "She was sure we were going to kill them and it was hard to prove her wrong. It's their car and their supllies, no doubts. She begs us to give it back, though we can keep a third of the supplies... she has a little boy with her and wants to return to her group...". Clem wants to complain, but then she hesitates. She takes a look at Bryan through the rear mirror and realizes that he's looking at her and Danielle. "Alright. They give us our portions and we're even. I know where we're going and we don't need the car.". They all step out of the car and the lady kneels infront of Bryan, holding his leg: "Thank you Sir! God bless you, Sir...". Bryan isn't comfortable with that.

    10 minutes later
As the car drives off they stand in the woods with their backpacks full of supplies. It's gotten dark. "Alright, that was noble, though where are we going now? We can't just stay here...", says Jeremy. Without replying Bryan is heading to the North and the group follows him. "It's damn cold." Danielle remarks and Clem gives her an evil look - she hasn't forgotten yet what Danielle was trying to do back at the cabin, before their home burnt down, but she decided to keep the secret to herself a while longer. A few minutes later Bryan suddenly stops, looking around him like someone could watch and then he reaches after something on the ground. He pulls away a camouflage net revealing a cave. The group is in awe. "Is that your home?", asks Clem, stepping into the cave right behind him. "It used to be my hideout, one of three in this area." replies Bryan. Jeremy can't believe what he just heard, so he asks: "Who are you, Bryan? You're really one of a kind..."

Make the next post a Tribute to Bryan, following the small bits we know about him.

  • You'd think Clem wouldn't want to take the stuff all things considered.

Like, find out more stuff about him, like his family, how he survived etc?

  • Don't forget, Bryan worked as a night-time guard in the Marsh house where he met his girlfriend. Something happened to her after the apocalypse, what exactly happened is up to the next person writing.

Sorry for scaring you, guys ;) I am not planning to kill him, if that's what you're all worrying about. I felt like he was being too passive as a member of the group and I thought It'd be nice developing his character. You don't have to invent his whole lifestory, as he's rather the mysterious type.

How about Clem finding out about Bryan’s girl (maybe a photo with her standing infront of the Marsh House) and then she remembers the time she was being with the stranger, what he did to her, sort of a flashback side story?

  • I want to write but I'm not sure how good I could do with the whole flashback side story thing, but I was wondering if I could go on to Kenny, or Pascucci's story.

I'll write in 20 minutes if somebody says OBJECT by in 20 minutes then i will change my mind.

  • Frank rushes back down the hunting blind. He grabs Pascucci and throws him over his shoulder, "Damn man! You are a lot heavier then you look." He proceeds to climb the ladder. Well try at least, even with Franks strength he can not carry Pascucci up the narrow ladder. Frank thinks for a moment, "Am i gonna have to throw you, you fat fucker?" As Frank is about to throw him, Pascucci comes out of his "sleep". "Holy, {cough} shit, man, don't {cough} throw me. I can climb up my {long, loud cough} damn self." Pascucci starts to climb up the ladder while Frank is right behind him. Pascucci makes his way to the top step of the ladder and once again passes out. Luckily Frank was right behind him and catches him. "Shit man." He throws himself and Pascucci up to the blind.

"Shit now I got you up here, but know what the hell do I do?" Frank looks at the now dead Zork. "Well ain't this the luckiest day of my life?" He looks through the backpack that he found on the dead body. "hmm, cans of food, bottled water, condoms, ahh here we go." Frank grabs the biggest bandage he can find. "Well I ain't no damn doctor, but I think a bandage will fix this right up for ya." He puts the bandage on Pascucci and waits, he waits for the herd of Zorks, they had to have smelled Pascucci's blood right? Frank looks out of the blind and sees the setting sun, along with over 200 Zorks. "there gonna be here in an hour, if they have a sense of smell."

  • "Condoms".

    Lul.

  • @Randomz89101 Your writing has gotten a lot better. That being said you walker, or Zork numbers are still a little much.

  • @MegaMoto

To cover that up, we can say that Frank was over exaggerating.

  • yeah, that's what I was intending, guess I didn't make it clear enough... The actual number is like 75ish... and the Zorks may not even make an appearance in the episode, or they could play a big factor later, who knows!

  • You see this is what I mean. 75 is still a lot. Not nearly as ridiculous but still a bit much. Large numbers of walkers should be saved for something BIG.

  • Not a problem, I reckon we're all busy with TWAU
