Will Jack be an important charactor?
I wanted to throw the man out of the way but I decided to be nice. Do you guys think that he will have any outcome on the story at all? Or do you think he was crowbarred in for fan service?

I think he'll be the "Omid" of Season 2
That is if they MAKE a season 2.

I liked his character. Hope we'll see more of him in future episodes.

I think he will be. Comics seem to suggest past events, he is a bit of a loudmouth ladies man. So I'd not expect a deep character.
I like the guy. hope he's a recurring character.
