Do you think Faith could be alive?
"These lips are sealed." when Bigby was asking the mirror made me really think that she might actually be alive, but under some spell. What do you guys think?

I wish she was... I really liked her, but i think that she being alive would kinda make the history uninteresting. That's why I think she is dead, but that thing about the lips is driving me crazy.
I think she is dead, The story would suck if all of a sudden everyone that was supposed to be dead is alive somehow, As for " These lips are sealed", Only the prostitutes from that Club say it, Its some kind of spell which doesn't allow them to reveal anything they do or see at work
Yes, some people are speculating that the ribbon the strippers wear is the source of the spell. "Do you like my ribbon?" might have been a clue from Faith in EP. 1

I have a question, why was the woodsman pissed at faith for not recognizing him?
But the mirror says it too if asked to show faith, so unless he is a secret prostitute why would he say it?
He was probably just drunk as all hell and didn't know what he was saying.
If you take the Woodsman into custody at the end of episode 1, he reveals during the interrogation that was a regular customer of Lily's. So, he had been expecting to see Lily that night as usual, but Faith showed up instead. He said that he and Lily had an understanding and that if he didn't have the money to pay her, she'd give him a freebie. Faith obviously wasn't so generous. Apparently that set him off.
As to why he kept asking her if she knew him, maybe he felt some sense of entitlement because he used to be a hero or something. Kind of like "How dare you charge me? Don't you know who I am?" It's a possibility.
I think Faith is truly dead, though.

Very good point. It could have been someone else glamour as Faith since there was one of Snow. And there was the tool for the glamour spell on the body of Lilly. Once it was took apart, the spell no longer held. But Faith's body was never found(yet) to clear up that theory. But like what SaltLick305 said about the prostitute was the only one who said "These lips are sealed" (which by the way makes me grind my teeth in anger). And what Deveth posted about the Mirror saying the same thing when Bigby ask about Faith. It is possible she may be alive. Then again not holding my breath on that
The mirror does say it, ask him about faith and he says it.

Because the prostitute is under the spell. The mirror by extension gets under the spell too. Not too hard to believe.

When I first spoke to the magic mirror in EP.2, there were whole bunch of options available for checking up on other fables. I first chose to ask the mirror what Toad had seen but then all the other options were gone. Is this a glitch or are we only allowed to ask one question?

Actually No, But if those Girls are under a spell its impossible for the mirror to break it, You can see Nerissa wanted to help Bigby but she couldn't so all she could help him with was getting the key to one of the rooms, You should actually pay more attention to the game before trying to crack a sorry ass joke like that one.... Just saying
