I really liked most of the characters in TWD. My absolute favorite was Carly though. She's just a very strong character in my opinion. She didn't snap or break... She lost her cool with Lily (who can really blame her?), but she was a kind individual who also played as a valuable asset. She was smart too, I think. She was patient and seemed to be able to read people pretty well. I don't know, I'd like to have her on my corner if the ZA happened
I liked Chuck. But honestly he needed way more screen time. He had the least dialogue but I liked his character. A homeless man with a shovel, guitar, and candy? Yes please!
I wrote a fanfic where she was the person (Omid was still alive, though because I am in serious denial) Clem thought was dead. The main plot is her taking care of Rebecca's baby after her death. What happened to them was when Christa was interrogated by Winston's group, he stabbed her in the leg (like he can in the game) and the two (Omid and Christa) fled in a different direction by accident, and were captured by Carver's group.
They stitched up Christa's leg, but kept the two prisoner, using Omid as a punching back and attempting to use Christa as a prostitute. they would rip out her stitches whenever she did something they didn't like and would tie Omid to a chair, denying him food, water, and contact with Christa, ect. Eventually, when the cabin group met with carvers group, carver told them about their new prisoners and threw the two out in front of them with their hands bound behind their backs. Cue "I thought you were dead.". Basically, Clem begged Carlos to see if he could strike a deal with Carver to get the two back. She managed to convince them (with exception of Luke) that Christa and Omid were her parents (since she could very likely pass off as their child), so they gave Carvers group supplies in return for the freedom of Christa and Omid. That's the backstory for my fanfic. That's what could have happened. I hope we don't see Walker!Christa because I would ball my eyes out.

Kenny! Love his development and in season 2...despite flying off the handle once or twice again..he seemed better than he used to be. Anti hero type. Season 1 I grew to love him the final 2 episodes. Season 2 I started to not like him again when he yelled at Clem for his gf dying...but then he came around. Other than him...Lee I guess?
Besides Clementine and Lee (why wouldn't you like them?), I love Omid and Christa. They're genuinely kind people that took care of Clem as if she was their own daughter after Lee died. I know that Omid won't ever come back but I hope that we get to see Christa in S3 or at least references to her...

I dont get how morgan could be your favorite character. He's been in 3 episodes in the entire show. He's a cool guy and all but there are a lot better characters that have been developed so much more then him :P
