400 Days: Let's keep going! (fan-fic)
I just discovered the Fan-fics on the site. I'm really loving them! I don't just want to jump in to the one that's in progress, as it's 48 pages long at this point, and the latest summary was page 26. So I figured I'd start my own! This one is going to be about 400 Days, the extra adventure of TWD. Ok, ground rules.
Leave your posts open ended! Don't kill everyone, or say the end, or just generally end the story!---Stick with the current story. Subplots are fine, just stick with what the last person just did. Having someone undo all of your work is beyond frustrating---Don't bring back dead characters for no reason. They're dead.---This is a mature story. Ok, part 1. Oh, by the way, this is assuming everyone went with Tavia. Should I list this as spoilers for 400 days? I need an opinion. Also, feel free to jump in and add to the plot at anytime, participation is what makes this so fun, and everyone is encouraged to add! I'll have part 1 up in a second, as a starting point.
All new Fan-fic, in the same continuity as the first, but we start off focusing on an all-new group! All 7 of them fit into Taiva's small car. It had been quiet before anybody decided to spark a conversation. "So, um where is this place? Your settlement." Asks Vince. Taiva begins. "Well..."
"I don't know guys.....This may have been a mistake." Russel says, as he looks at the highway they were driving on, sighing. "Russel, this was a great idea! Fresh food, clean water, honest-to-god WARMTH, my god how long has it been since the last worm fire we've had? Well it's our second spring so......since last Summer! 3 season's ago Russ!" Bonnie said, comforting him. "I know for survival it'll be better, if Tavia isn't lying, but my folks...... If they're not there, then either they're moved on, and I'll never see them again, or they're dead, which is FAR worse. I dunno guys.....If they aren't there......then maybe not knowing would have been preferable......Tavia, pull over, I need some air." Tavia looked back at Russel, who was pale, and pulled over. Russel got out, and ran to the ditch, vomiting. Bonnie got out to go console him, but he, still doubled over, made a dash into the forest before anyone could react. "RUSSEL NO!" Bonnie yelled, chasing after him. "Dammit.....Wyatt, hand me my gun, I'll go get them back." Vince said, as Wyatt passed him his gun. He loaded it, and went in, as Shel said "Tavia, let's do something!" "No, we can't! If you guys show up without me, IF you find the camp, they won't let you in without me telling the you're safe. If I die, everyone's hopes are lost." "Well I am NOT risking being ditched again, like Eddie ditched me!" Wyatt said, looking at the forest. "Well I'm with Becca, and we're not going in alone!" Shel said, "Shel, I'm old enough! Let's go help!" "No Bonnie, it's too risky." "Then we play the waiting game...." Tavia said, as everyone turned to look at the forest.
Vince dashed as fast as he could, looking for Bonnie and Russel. A walker ran up, and grabbed him, as he shot it in the head, quickly continuing along. Rushing a corner, Vince collided with Bonnie, who shrieked, and pulled her gun. "VINCE! Oh god are you ok! Oh, I heard a gunshot and thought we were being trailed by scavengers!" Bonnie said, putting away her gun, and standing up. "Yeah, I'm fine. Where's Russel?" "Oh my god, he's stuck in a pit of quicksand, real thick mud, and he's sinkin'! I went to go get help, he's this way!" Vince ran, and saw Russel, panicking, and screaming, with sand up to his neck. "Damn it Russel, did you struggle!" Vince said, as Russel pointed at a walker, approaching. "He heard the gunshot! Help Me!" Vince looked around frantically. Bonnie passed him a long stick, and he gave 1 end to Russel. He pulled as hard as he could, as the stick snapped, leaving from his knees down left in the quicksand. Vince looked around, and couldn't find anything long enough to pull him out, so he reached out, grabbing his hand, pulling him out. The walker grabbed his foot, as he was being pulled out, and bit the bottom of his shoe. Russel screamed, and slipped off his shoe, allowing the walker to slowly sink into the quick sand. "Ok, we got Russel. Let's head back to the car." Bonnie said, as Vince agreed. Leading the way, Vince said "Light! We're back to the ca- no. no no no no no NO!!!!" Vince hollered, falling to his knees, as a confused Bonnie and Russel approached. They stood there in silence. The car was gone. Leaving skid marks, and a small puddle of blood behind.
Ok, this should be interesting. I'm now genuinely curious to see how the next person either continues Vince, Bonnie, and Russel's adventure, explains why Tavia, Becca, Shel, and Wyatt left, or BOTH!
"Well...we have a long road ahead of us. We live in a small Town called Wellington. It´s safer then here because of the cold. We need to keep moving!
Oops. Well, damn it, I just completely ignored my first poster! I've screwed up right away! Good for me! I was typing a premise, an opening, and I've already gotten an original first post. I suck. Sorry guys, I should pay more attention!

Frustraded and feeling betrayed Vince, Bonnie and Russel stared into the darkness. Suddenly far away a dark silhouette approached, coming closer and closer by every step. " What are we gonna do now Vince?" Russel scarefully asked....
The dark silhouette approached them.
Vince pulled his gun on the mysterious figure.
"Please, don't kill me" a womens voice said.
"Its a girl?" Russel asks.
"The names Lily" The woman says...
Ok, things are getting moving! I'll probably add to this in a second, if I feel like it
" Why shouldn´t I" Vince asked, hopefully waiting for a appropriate answer.
" Because I know what happened to your friend´s" The mysterious women responded.
" You do? Please tell us! What happened to them?" Bonnie said.
" Stay alert Bonnie. We don´t know who this person is. She could dangerous!" Russel nervously responded.
"No, i ain't dangerous" Says Lily. "Tell us your story, how have you survived so far?"
Lily sighs, "and I suppose you'll kill me if i don't?" Vince looks at the ground ashamed, and says. "Yes we will, but we don't want to do that."
"Me and my parents were living lovely before it all happened. Then, it had all gone to shit. My mom got bit and we didn't know what to do. We were watching the news and learned that the bite turns you into the things. My dad and I had to leave our house, along with my mom. Then we found these other guys. They tried killing me, so I had to shoot one of my friends in the head. Then they kicked me out of our car. I had been on the road for a while, then i decided i should make some sort of a base to stay at. In fact i would appreciate some company."
"You shot your friend?" Bonnie said in disbelief.
"She was stealing supplies. I know it had to be her. Or the other kid." Lily replied.
"Tell...Us what happened to our friends!" Vince shouts.
"I will, but you have to take me with you. I need some company" Lily replies.
choice A Take Lily and find out the truth.
choice B Leave Lily and search for Tavia & co.
".....We've all made some mistakes. Lily......Come with us, we need all the help we can get." Vince says. Lily is in absolute relief. They turn north and look. "Well, it's a 1-way street I guess." Russel says, as they walk off. "So......about your friends....."
Wow, this story has taken quite a turn. I post, and so far, we've had a party of 7, change to a party of 3, to a party of 4. in 1 day.
...they were attacked by another group. They had Bows and Crossbows, that´s why you couldn´t hear any gun shots. One of you´r friend´s got shot in the shoulder, it looked very bad for him/her. I´m sorry!" Lilly sadly respond´s.
" Who was it? What did he/she look like?" Bonnie fearfully asked her.
"Well... um... there was this guy. He was really tall. He was African American, he's the one who got shot." Lily replies in a hurry. Vince just stares at Lily. "You're lieing" he says. "Wha-... how did you...? Okay, i'm sorry. I actually didn't see anyone. I just wanted to have a friend, it's been nearly a year since I have had human contact!" Vince looks up at her. He sighs then looks away.
"Dammit. Well, we're outta luck. You lied to us Lily, we agreed to help you, and you betray-" Groans and moans were heard. "Walkers. Ugh, no. we gotta get outta here." Russel said, as everyone looked. 40. Maybe 50 walkers. All coming their way. "Run!" Bonnie yelled, as everyone ran. Lily was frozen. Vince stopped, looked at her, looked at Bonnie and Russel, and grabbed her arm, forcing her to run. They reached an end of the road. They had ditched the horde of walkers. They came up to a river bank, Bonnie gasped, and said "Look it's the car!" Tavia's car was wrecked, and there was a hole in the tire. There was also a beach house, where voices could be heard from inside. "Maybe it's the group!" Bonnie said, as they all walked towards the house. "Only 1 way to find out." "Hey Vince?" Lily said, shyly. "Yeah?" "Why did you save me?" "No man left behind. If we start picking and choosing who lives, then we become savages, and let innocents die. How could I let you die for no good reason?" Vince said, grinning, as Bonnie opened the door.......
...as soon as they opened the door a mysterious man was holding a gun at them.
" Wait man that´s our group." Wyatt said. " Wyatt you know this people?" The mysterious man asked. " Yes, it´s the people we were talking about before. We shouldn´t have left them on the road like this!" Wyatt answered. "Well i am awfully sorry, but we couldn´t take a risk like this, the people who are chasing after me are dangerous and desiderate to kill me and everyone who crosses my way." The man responded. " Wait, hold on a minute! Wyatt who is this guy?" Vincent asked perplexed. " It´s Kenny. Nice to meet you." The mysterious man responded before Wyatt couldn´t say a word.
"Wait, Wyatt.....Where's Shel? And Becca? And Tavia?" Bonnie asked, stepping inside. "We split up, unintentionally. Becca ran off into the woods, and Shel went after her. Tavia got chased, she's somewhere down the stream now." Wyatt replied. "I found Wyatt almost dead, beggin' for help. I knew he wasn't dangerous, so I took him inside and- You again bitch! You guys trusted her?! Did she mention she SHOT a girl in our group on a HUNCH!" Kenny yelled pointing at Lily. "Nice to see you again too, Ken." "Oh, no. If you're traveling with this......Whore, you ain't staying with me." "Fine. C'mon, Vince, Bonnie, Russel, let's go find your other friends."
Choice A Accept Kenny's offer, and ditch Lily
Choice B Stick with Lily, and ditch Kenny
" Please don´t do this! You can´t leave me alone, i will die out here!" Lilly said. " I´m sorry Lilly, I wish i could trust you. But you lied to us before and you said it yourself, you killed one of your best friend´s. You can´t come with us anymore." Vince sadly respondet. " Don´t trust this man Vincent, he is a cold hearthed murderer, he and his friend Lee killed my father." Lilly said. " Is this true Kenny?" a shoked Wyatt asked. " Look there isn´t enough time to explain the whole situation. We were traped in a goddamn meatlocker, i didn´t want to do it but i had to! This bitches dad got an hearth attack and he was going to turn, i did it to protect my family!" Kenny respondet.
Choise A: Still accept Kenny´s offer to help you.
Choise B: Ditch Kenny aswell.

"The man was going to turn! He had a heart attack! We were literally locked in a meat locker, and there were kids in there! I had to kill him!" Kenny says reluctantly. Everyone exchanges looks with each other. "Lily we're sorry..." Says an unhappy Vince. They all leave, and left Lily alone. "Good thing you trusted me. I can guarantee the second you disagreed with her she would have shot one of you guys-" BAM! Bonnie falls lifeless to the ground. "Bonnie.... NO!" Yells Wyatt. They all look back to see a furious Lily standing with a rifle pointed towards Bonnie's location. Before anybody has an option to shoot her back, she runs into the woods. "Bonnie, oh god no!" Says Wyatt. "Listen, man. I'm sorry but we gotta get out of here, every walker within 5 miles just heard that shot, along with all the other ones right by us." Says Kenny. They all take off into one direction. "Don't go off into these woods, you can get lost real easy. Stay close to the road." Says Kenny before they all run off.
"Down the river, or into the woods....." Russel said, looking at them both, conflicted "Shel and Becca may be in the woods, but Tavia's downstream. Walkers could clearly spot us running down the stream, but we could also spot them, which we couldn't in the thick woods....." Russel was unsure. "Let's go! The woods are safer!" Vince yells, as everyone takes a turn into the forest. "Becca.......Shel!" Vince was yelling, as they ran through. "Light! Look, guys, we made it through!" Wyatt says, as Russel looks uneasily at the exit. Everyone slows to a jog, as Russel says "But.....Shel? An Becca?" "Look, if your friends came through here, they went out this very exit! They'd be in here!" Kenny said, as everyone agreed. They went through. It was a field, vast, and spreading, and at the end, a road, with lots of houses. "Hm...... we appear to be in some suburban neighborhood" Wyatt said. They all walked though the field, to the road, and began looking at the houses. Some looked broken, and battered, obviously walker-infested, and some still looked fine, maybe the survivors left? Vince saw a white house, perfectly intact. No broken windows, or doors, or holes in the walls, perfectly normal. He tried to open the door. Locked. So he pushed, and got not much farther. "Guys, can I get some help?" Everyone walks over to help, but Russel trips, and as he's getting back up, a walker grabbed him, pinning him down. Vince cocked his gun, but a walker grabbed him too, and he shot it. "Oh, god, that was my last bullet!" Vince yelled, as Russel struggled to get away. "Help! Help me!" The walker lunged for a bite. It narrowly missed, biting the road, as a person burst out of a book store across the street, and ran over, smashing the head of the walker with his hatchet. Russel, still in shock, was pulled up by this guy, and he looked at the others, and yelled "Move it! Let's go! More are coming, we've got get inside!" Everyone followed him inside, as he yelled "Replace the barricade, and 2 people pushed a bookshelf over to the door they just came in through. Russel was still woozy, as he man set him down on a table, and everyone got a good look at him. He was tall, and very muscular. He had a buzz cut, and a black lumberjack beard. "Name's Jared, by the way. This is our survivor group. Not really large, but it works. There was 3 others. 1 was a short, pudgy blonde girl, 1 was a short, thin, black-haired guy with a mullet, and 1 was a tall, average, Jamaican guy, who was pushing the door. "from yer left, that's Betty, she's a little stubborn, and short tempered, but she can kick some ass when she wants to. Next is Arnie. He's a little cocky, but fast as all hell, and great to go get food, last, is my best bud, sine WAY before all this, Steven." "Well, hi. I'm Vince, this is Kenny, Wyatt, and Russel. Wait.....did you happen to see a woman, and a child come through here?" "No, but there's 1 way outta town. I know where they went! Haha. Why? They your traveling buds?" "Y....yeah. We got separated way back. We'll leave in the morning. Don't worry, we won't 'drain your resources.'" "Oh no, we can't let ya go alone. We'll help ya look, Vince is it? Vince, tonight, we feast upon canned tuna, but at the crack o' dawn, we search for you friends!" Vince couldn't help but grin "Thanks Jared."
" Do you believe these guys?" Unsure of the situation Russel whispered into Wyatt ears. " I don´t know man, but what other choise do we have? It´s our best bet. We have to find Shel and Becca." Wyatt answered. " And what about this other guy? Kenny is it?" Russel asked. " He saved my life before, he seems like an okay guy. I had a little talk with him before you all showed up, he´s been though alot. He said he´s heading forward to Wellington. He´s trying to find his family." Wyatt respondet. " His family?" a confused Russel asked. " He said there aren´t many left of them. Just a tall black man and a young little girl. I think..." "Here you go friend´s. Grab yourself some Tuna." Jared interrupted them. " Thanks Jared, we are starving." Vince happily answered. " Don´t mention it. And by the way, call me Carver. That´s how my people call me." Jared respondet.
Cmon People...The Story must go on!
Midnight "Hey Wyatt wake up" Russel whispers. Wyatt groans and gets up out of bed "Russel what is it". "I don't really trust these people, somethin ain't wholesome about this Jared guy." "You don't trust anyone since that Nate guy, you should really open up man" Wyatt replies angrily. "We should go look for Shel, Becca, Tavia, and Kenny and not with these folks." "Have you gone crazy? We need all the help we can get Russel you have to learn to start trusting people, and what about Vince anyway?" "Remember he said his buddy Justin ditched him? What if Vince has some hidden past that we don't know about. Don't you want to find Eddie? Whatever you decide I'm leaving with or without ya, I can survive on my own."
CHOICE A: Leave with Russel
CHOICE B: Stay with Jared/Carver's group
Thanks for going on with the Story man...but why do they have to look fo Kenny? He is with them and the other folks,lol. Anyway...
Choise A: " Okay Russel, as you want, I can´t let you go out there on your own man, after all we have been though together we need to take care of each other right? But we should tell Kenny about this and ask him if he want´s to tag along. We can need every help we can get out there." Wyatt unhappyile responded. " Okay Wyatt, if you say he´s trustworthy I have no reason to doubt it. Wake him up as fast and as quiet as you possibly can. I will stay on guard in case anyone of these guys wakes up." Russel happily answerd. Wyatt sneaked his way though the sleeping bodys on the ground, as quiet as he possible could. " Kenny man wake up. I have to ask you about something." Wyatt whispers into Kennys ear. Kenny yawned and sleepy responded " Wyatt pal (long yawn) what is it?" " Me and Russel we... we don´t trust this people, we need to find our friend´s and we are going right now. We have no time to waste, are you with us or not?" Wyatt asked in a hurry.
Choice A: Go with Wyatt and Russel
Choice B: Stay with Vincent and Jared´s/Carvers group
Your welcome, this stuff is interesting! And sorry must have misread something about Kenny. And TWM I don't want to offend or anything but your grammar is odd like choice is spelled wrong and Choice A says go with Russel Wyatt and Russel(2 Russel's) but the thought is there and you should probably edit that! So come on people lets keep this going!

Wait till tomorrow. There's only 4 of us and the only ones that can continue are Randomz and maxbear which I doubt will be online again today. And I don't think anyone else wants to join this forum so if they don't answer tomorrow I will. Cheers and happy valentines all!
I left the forum alone, because my day was packed. Just.....Gimme a second. I may come up with something.
"Hell yeah, I haven;t trusted these guys since we got here. In fact I think we should leave now" Says Kenny.
They wake Vince, and the four go on there way looking for there friends. They go in the direction that Jared had told them. The road had stopped at a dead end, with trees beyond it. "Well shit, that guy never mentioned we would have to walk through any trees, dammit." Says Vince.They begin to walk through the woods when they hear a noise. "Shhh." Vince hears something behind a bush. "Alright guys i'm gonna go figure what out what that is." Vince approaches the bush and...
He comes across two people. It is dark so he cannot see the faces of the two. "Becca, Becca is that you?" She looks up at Vince. "Hey Vince.".. "Oh, and hey Shel."... Becca chimes in. "That's not Shel."... "Then where is Shel?!" Becca stays silent. "Me, and her. We found these guys, and they were helping us, they let us sleep, and let us use there supplies and everything. But while we were sleeping, this guy named Jared killed Shel. Hey claimed he was the nicest guy in the world, said he saw you guys. I barley made it out alive." Vince feels bad. "I'm sorry Becca, but who is this?" Becca was about to speak when the new stranger interrupts. "Oh hi Vince I think you remember me. Do you? It's me Lily!"

"Holy shit... Guys we need to kill her shes taken two innocent lives already!" Kenny says as he raises his pistol. "Wait Lilly is good she watched over me and protected me while Shel was gone" Becca replied. "You don't know why I killed her do you? Bonnie was working for Jared." "Shes lieing to save her own skin!"Kenny states. Wyatt was confused "Why would Bonnie work for Jared?" "Jared has that drug she was addicted to and he wouldn't give it to her until she did what he wanted. Don't you guys see she was trying to gain your trust to get into Wellington." Lilly explained. crunch crunch "Whats that sound?" Russel asked. "WALKERS! Follow me!" Kenny yells as he runs into the trees with Russel following him. "Do you trust me. Well if you do follow me!" Lilly says as she shoots down a walker and runs towards the river with Becca.
Choice A: Wyatt follows Lilly and Becca toward river.
Choice B: Wyatt follows Kenny and Russel into the woods

Ok I really must sound like a critic and I'm sorry but why would Becca think someone was Shel if later she says Shel was killed by Jared. And you are the only one who killed people off so far(not that that's bad) but they died a little early.
Becca knew it wasn't Shel. Vince was the one who was confused because he couldn't see in the dark, and he assumed it was Shel.
I'm confused?

Oh okay thanks for clearing that up. I thought "Oh and hey Shel" chimed in Becca. meant that Becca just assumed Shel was with them but kk I see now.
