Transferring WD Season 2 Pass from PS3 to PS4??

I'm getting ready to buy a PS4 and was wondering if I can just re-download my Season 2 Pass or will I be forced to buy it again? Maybe there is some other way to transfer it?

At this time The Walking Dead: Season Two is not available for the PS4. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
