I need Help

in The Walking Dead

I'm replaying Walking Dead Season One on my Xbox One and on Episode 4 when you have to get the tapes to figure out the code to open the medicine locker it won't let me inside the Nurse room, I can get the tape on the doctor and in the locker but I cant get back to Vernon and Christa to play the tapes. I could really us some help. Thanks.

    Yea Me to this game is broken AF I'm deleting it off my Xbox today.

    I fixed it. All you have to do is miss Molly's hand when you jump to the other roof and it will fix itself, also when you just get into Crawford you can walk up the first Zombie without pressing on the dot and this will also help. Do both of these steps and it will fix itself.
