The PS4 versions of Telltale's games uses the same save file format. Unfortunately, the Playstation system in question does not support any tinkering within it's software, and won't until the near future.
The only solution is to purchase the game via PS4 and play all the episodes.
I played seasons 1 and 2 on PS3, and then they gave out S2 for free on PS4. I wanted to replay it, but it had to randomly generate choices for S1 since I never played the PS4 version of S1. Honestly, I think it's totally fine just jumping in with the randomized choices. S1 really doesn't effect S2 aside from slightly different dialog here and there.
