I honestly can't think straight so many theories running around my head. I think it will have 4 different endings like Season 2 TWD one may be where the Forresters die another where all remaining Forresters survive and the rest where some survive some die but all with different choices within.
I think at ironrath the war will happen and finish but then like NicWarden said it will branch out to those 4 different ones. Telltale tend to do a multichoice type things nowadays wid there endings like TWD and tales with the pick your team. With gared i think he will survive and get to north grove,this will be the final scene of the ep with him gazing at the north grove and a giant cliffhanger. Mira i think will be determinant depending on your choices since she has many enemies in kings landing and cersi will probly put her on trail for not getting names. At trail all previous choices come back to haunt or help you.
