Error when importing season 1 saves into season 2

Hello everyone,

I have purchased The Walking Dead Seasons 1 and 2 on GOG. I have tried to begin playing season 2, and initially the game was not finding a valid season 1 save. I have noticed the saves for season 1 were split into two folders:
"Documents/Telltale Games/The Walking Dead"
and "Documents/Telltale Games/The Walking Dead - Season 1".
I have copied the content of the second folder in the first and viceversa, and the game managed to finally detect the saves. The problem is that it know thinks I have only completed the episodes up to episode 4, thus ignoring my choices for episode 5 and 400 days (I have immediately noticed this during the intro to season 2, showing a decision opposite to what I took at the end of season 1). Does anyone has an idea bout what might the problem be?
