I think that Negan will be introduced and Carl is going to get shot.

    Too soon, I think. He's being introduced in the Season finale. My guess is they're introducing Jesus tonight, looking at Alexandria through binoculars in the post-credits scene just like in the comics.

    They've already confirmed Negan for the Season 6 finale. I agree with what Vaxij said, I'm 99% positive we'll get Jesus for the first time tonight at the very end, or in a post credits scene. My predictions:

    • Carl will lose an eye after Ron shoots him
    • Deanne dies
    • Jessie and her two kids die
    • The Wolf escapes and either kills Carol or Morgan in the process, and if he does kill Carol, then Morgan will break his no killing rule
    • More Alexandrian red shirts will die
    • Like I said before, Jesus will appear at the very end looking at Alexandria through binoculars.
