Just for fun... thoughts on playable characters for season 2?
My thoughts... Gared, Malcolm (replacing Mira), Asher or Rodrik (Episode 1 only),Talia, Beskha.

Beskha, Gared, Malcolm, Torrhen, Mira/Sera would be my guess. I assume Rodrik/Asher will probably not be playable for the majority of S2 due to their wounds. One of the POVs is probably going to be killed at the end of Episode 1. My money's on Beskha.
Gared, Malcolm (who is going to have a difficult time if you decided to kill Tazal - I guess), Asher/Rodrik and Ryon.
Gared, Ryon, Malcolm, Asher/Rodrik, Talia (replacing Asher/Rodrik), and Torrhen.
Gared, Talia, Beskha, Malcolm and a new character in Kings Landing.
Rodrik or Talia
Gared
Malcolm
New character
Gared,
Mira,
Asher/Rodrik,
Torhenn Whitehill
Hoping for Talia, Malcolm, Beskha and Gared.
Think it'll be a new character, Ryon, Malcolm and Gared (though possible Josera instead).
I dont really see why it would switch us to Josera, the guy we've known for only 1 episode, after we played as Gared for 6 episodes
The only reason I think this is because I can see Telltale popping a boner at the idea of giving us a playable warg.
I'd love to have:
Talia in Ironwood replacing dead in episode 1 (imo) Asher/Rodrick.
Gared behind the Wall (probably no matter what we decide in season 1, we would be forced to leave North Grove and join the Wildings in Jon Snow's or Stannis army (it would be nice to see Stannis and Melisandre)
Malcolm telling the story of Daenerys
And my 2 theories:
Morgryn in King's Landing (marrying real or unreal Mira (the easiest way to deal with her determinant role) and trying to get Ironwood from Whitehills for himself)
Ryon as the assasin of the God of Many Faces in Braavos (It's too interesting topic in book to be avoided anymore, I want to meet Arya! 2 aspects which made me think about that: the conversation between Ryon and Ethan about bad people have to be punished and the last scene when Beksha escaping with Ryon, he was so full of willingness to revenge, so I hope his story would be more similar to Arya than Rickon in GoT book). Unfortunately with my theory "Ryon as Arya" there is no place for Beksha- she would somehow dissapear like Sandor Clegane in Arya's story
I think it should go like this.
Malcolm in Meereen: This plotline could kick off during the arena battle in 5x09, and follow Malcolm as he helps Tyrion run the city in S6.
Talia in King's Landing: She replaces the elder brother as a POV and is sent to seek amnesty with Mira and Margaery at King's Landing. Obviously, it's determinant from there.
Torrhen in Winterfell: He occupies Winterfell with the Boltons, fights Stannis' army and eventually makes his way back to Highpoint, where he deals with Morgryn's schemes.
I like the tidier format of the 3 POVs, as seen in Ice Dragon.
1 ryon 2 asher/rodrik 3 gared 4 malcom 5 mira if shes alive
i hope ryon is playable instead of beshka
[removed]
Why? He is absolutely useless and can't protect himself (Talia, too). Beskha unlike him, can kill annoying assholes. Fuck the children! I don't wanna play for them.
My choices are: Gared, Beshka, Malcolm, Ryon & Talia
I believe Mira will make an appearance if you chose to accept Morgryn's offer but I declined it
Tbh I don't think Asher or Rodrik could've lived through those wounds for much longer, They definately will be mentioned and remembered but I don't think we will get an appearance from either of them in Season 2
Predictions of what their roles will be
Gared's role will continue with leading and protecting the North Grove
Beshka's role could be anything, kind of hard to predict
Malcolm's loyalty will be tested with the Queen of Dragons
Ryon will be a bit grown up, will be trained at combat and maybe try and avenge his brothers and fathers deaths
Talia's gameplay will probably be similar to Mira's in Season 1
1. Rodrik/Asher Forrester I think they will live for two episodes, kill either Ludd or Gryff before being killed in battle by Thorren Whitehill.
2 Talia Forrester After Rodrik/Asher dies they will have a heartfelt goodbye and name either Royland or Duncan (whichever one survived) Lord of Ironrath as Ryon is too young (I'm not sure if this is allowed in the series but in the Episode 2 preview your Sentinel says they will lead after Ethan's death. Talia is sent to King's Landing where she meets Mira/Tom and helps plot Morgryn's downfall.
3. Gared Tuttle will be forced to leave the Grove no matter what. Choice between Josera or Elsera will happen. Gared, Sylvi and Josera/Elsera will join Jon's wildling army.
4. Beskha the Basilisk will have some adventures trying to find Ryon safety while also being a teacher to him. Think of her story like The Hound and Arya in Season 4 but with Beskha as The Hound and Ryon as a younger Arya.
5. Malcolm Branfield in Mereen with Daenerys. Not sure where his story will go but maybe something like Daenerys assigns him missions and if he succeeds she sends some Unsullied/Second Sons to Ironrath. Returns with Croft in Episode 4.
I wish Telltale would go against expectations a little bit and actually NOT kill off Asher/Rodrik in season 2. Murdering beloved characters has become so commonplace in the GOT universe, it's almost a cliche. Besides, does House Forrester's story HAVE to mirror House Stark's beat-for-beat?
A PC who could also provide our eyes and ears into the Whitehill occupation of Ironrath might be cool. We heard a lot of talk about the skilled craftsmen under House Forrester's banner, but we never met any of them. Playing through a plot thread about one of the Forrester craftsmen trying to work under Whitehill oppression could offer a lot of intrigue and excitement.
I agree with you and I hope you're right! There is a huge amount of fans of Rodrik or Asher so that would be a suicide for Telltale to kill them. Well that would kinda spoil the anger in player to get the revenge but why? Killing one of them would ruin all the joy from the game. I think someone will be killed for sure, some important character but not Asher or Rodrik. Beskha maybe or Eleana/Gwyn? That would be a good plot.
I'm fan of whole series not only one character but if Asher/Rodrik would get killed I'd be very dissapointed. We already had to choose beetwen them so killing them dosen't make any sense.
