Your Choices?
This is more out of bored curiousity ... I just finished episode 3 of season 2, and some of the choices have been extremely difficult. I'm curious to see where everybody went with their's.
Spoilers, of course.
I tried to keep Kenny level-headed, but didn't exactly tell just him to calm down. I'd try to get everybody to calm down. I stared down Carver, called him a bully, and a murderer ... and I had Clementine stay behind to watch him die.
With Carver, I felt the same way I did about the farmer kid in season 1. If the guy lives and gets away, he might come back to seek vengenace. Think of the cannibals in the television series/comics, think of the governor. People who live with a drive to get revenge will often go out and seek it. By insisting upon/ensuring their deaths, I made sure they were never going to come back to bring harm to my community and family.
Clementine's a kid that grew up way too quickly. She saw what Lee did in order to protect her. But she's not a frigid bitch either. Every negative, vicious action she takes is coupled with a benevolent one. The forgiving of Bonnie, the saving of Nick, giving some water to a dying man ... even if he had something to do with Christa's death ... And I'm having her refuse to leave anybody behind. Lee wouldn't want that. He didn't teach her that. It was why Kenny hated Lee for a while. He refused to drop Ben and tried to calm the quarrel between Larry and Kenny.

I tried to save Christa, and killed the dog. I also gave the dying man water. I was wishing he would return and tell us Christa's fate, and depending if you gave him water or not, he'll treat you differently. In A House Divided I sat with Kenny and catched up with him. I also saved Nick, because like you, I don't leave people behind. In In Harm's Way I watched Carver get killed and chopped off Sarita's arm. Chopping off the arm right there wasn't the best idea. But I thought the faster you cut it off, the better her chance is of survival. Guess not. I don't know if you got to Amid The Ruins yet so I won't spoil my choices to you if you haven't.
