I don't think Walking Dead's Telltale series has a dedicated fan fic site, though. However, I think there are some general fan fiction sites that have a good amount of Telltale Walking Dead related fan fics, and additionally, the forum game section on the Telltale board also has a good amount of Walking Dead fan fics if that is up your alley.
Fans have been known to post fics on tumblr as well. typing in tags such as twdg fanfics for example might bring a few of them up. And there are fanfics on this forum. Here's a thread that should help in locating them:

There's a TWDG fanfiction section on Fanfiction.net. It's where I go to post up my stories and the main site on the web to go for fanfics.
