Saved games for Michonne

Hey everyone,
Quick question about TWD:M. I played seasons 1-2 on my PC via Steam, so my saved games are saved on my PC. I just got a PS4, and I would like to play TWD:M on that, but I know sometimes with telltale games your past decisions impact subsequent games. So my question is, will TWD:M 1) be impacted by seasons 1-2, and/or 2) will TWD:M saves impact season 3?

If there's any crossover impact I'll purchase the PC Steam copy, otherwise I'll try it on PS4.

p.s. Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, I don't frequent the forums.

    Telltale has implied the story will be self-contained, so I don't think the story will need save files from Seasons 1/2. As for whether it will tie into Season 3, that remains to be seen.

    The Walking Dead: Michonne doesn't ask for save files from season one or two. It's unknown whether season three will use Michonne save files though.

    But we still don't know if save files from TWD:Michonne will carry over into Season 3 right?

    Correct. It is still possible that they will. We won't know for sure until season three is released.
