Does Playing Michonne Episode 1 spoil anything from the tv series?

I recently started watching the TV series after falling in love with the game. I am about half way or so into season 2 (still on the farm shortly after the big event where Shane blows up) if its going to ruin the tv show for me I would rather wait to play it.

    The story explores the period in the comic book timeline where Michonne leaves Rick, their group, and her katana behind, in order to deal with emotional demons from her past.

    So no, the TV series will not be spoiled for you

    The michonne series take place in the comic world, at the point where she leave the group for a period. It basically follows what she did while off on her own, and what brought her back to the group (Between issue 126 & 139)

    The TV does follow the comic story line but is not completely to the exact points. Like characters dieing at different points, and some character not even existing in the Comic, Like Daryl. He's not a comic character, was created for the TV show.

    So in short, the MICHONNE MINI SERIES is no way linked to the TV show and will not spoil anything in that respect so play away!!
