From PS3 to PS4 (Do I need Season 2?)

I played Seasons 1 and 2 on PS3, but I want to play Michonne on PS4. Do I need Season 2 on PS4 to play it, or is it standalone? I've been searching all of over the place and I'm getting a lot of conflicting info.
