Fixed your screenshot so it will show now. Also, do you mean your game froze/is stuck at that QTE, or something else happened?

(I am only a volunteer Moderator - not Telltale staff) Did you previous go into game settings to enable full screen? If so, I would suggest restarting the game. I am not Telltale staff, but that is just what I would suggest personally. If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting Telltale Support.

Changing into fullscreen should be in the settings, for the qte, make sure you are holding left mouse, if its having trouble just keep shaking, it might take a while.
There is a game setting to enable full screen in the options, which you have to activate prior to playing the game. Did you already do that in settings?

Fully back out of the settings/pause menu to apply the setting changes. Same thing happened to me.
