Conversation with Norma (Michonne spoilers)

Anyone else thinks that the conversation with Norma is not done well? Meaning depending on what you answer some other dialogues along the road dont make much sense.

For example... tell Norma that you just met Sam+ that there are no other people

When Greg gets interogated he will say that there are many others. Norma replies that this is not what Michonne told her and that according to Michonne its just the four of us. But its totaly not what i said... implying my above answers i basically said "i dont know these peoples; ita just Pete and me".

I feel a bit cheated in that conversation on some answers...
