Who would you say is the moral compass for the group on the show?
First, then it was it was Dale. Later on it was Hershel. And then it fell to Bob. So who has the title now?
Is it Daryl? Morgan? Maggie? Carl? Carol? Glen? Abraham?
I personally would take Glen for that position. Glenn is starting to remind me more and more of Hershel as time goes on. Despite the age difference, I think that Glen is turning into a young version of Hershel, and this is obviously due to the time that he spent with Hershel.
Dale too had a powerful effect on Glen. Taught him how to fix engines, to a degree. And taught him about life. And I think that both Dale and Hershel would be very proud of the type of person that Glen has become.

I'd personally say Morgan. But I'm guessing you mean Rick's main group. If so then I'd also say Glenn.
Definitely Morgan.
Glenn.
Glenn. The whole thing with that asshat Nicholas showed how much he believes in forgiveness and the value of life, which he learned from his surrogate fathers Dale and Hershel. Morgan is doing something different I think. He's following an ideal, because it saved his life and sanity, but I think Glenn has a more true heart. It hurt to see him having to kill sleeping men and the pain on his face.
Glenn
