I don't think so. He may be on the rougher side, but I can't see him raping someone. What Gryff said were just what people in Westeros inagine life to be like in Essos, or as a sellsword in general (to be fair, they aren't really wrong, but I don't see Asher as a rapist)

For all their violent antics, I still think Asher and Rodrik fall into the "good" alignment. It's pretty obvious, no matter how you play them, they're pretty moral, good-hearted people. So no, I don't think Asher ever has or would do that.

We can most likely bet for certain that Rodrik hasn't (as Gregor would likely try to parent his children similar to Ned Stark) however Asher might be a bit different as he pushed that lifestyle off and went on his own route. Regardless I doubt he ever raped anyone, not to say it's not possible
