How did you react when you saw the pike?
In case if you didn't get the foreshadowing I'm talking about when you play as Rodrik and the whitehills show Asher's head on a pike.If that's not bad enough they make your youngest brother hold it up.bear in mind this was the first time I played episode 6 and I was pissed when I saw it.
"YOU FUCKING ANIMAL!!!" My response to Ludd

Well I'd been anticipating the moment for about five months, and it was as awful as I imagined.
I felt genuinely angry as I clicked the Your head is next. option. "THE NEXT PIKE'S FOR YOU, LUDD! I'LL SEE TO IT, MYSELF!" Although, I actually prefer your one.
I thought the same was going to happen, except it was going to happen to Rodrik so I chose him to live and boy was I wrong.
I thought it's about fish.
OMG!!!! THAT HAPPENS TO ASHER!?!?! OMG D,: D,: D,:
that shit is probably more heart breaking than seeing Robb's headless body with Grey Wind head... omg damn TT thats fucked up..
There, there. I can't even imagine how I would feel if I saw the same thing happen to Rodrik. You have my condolences.
I actually feel bad for using that gif now lol.
My legit reaction:
I had absolutely no words. I just wanted to kill.
In all honesty, that was it for me. Couldn't get mad anymore. My brother was dead because of me, or that's how I took it. And I vowed to come to terms of peace between Ludd
Sike I went political on his ass, made my mother drink the poison and killed the bastard.
That was one of the things that pushed me towards Ludd, in the end, Rodrik telling him that his head was next.
And he was right.
It also lines up with "I'm going to kill that man" in Episode 2.
That's very true!
I'm happy with my choice to kill Ludd, the only problem is, I find it hard to believe Rodrik would risk Ryon dying. Likewise, I'd have a hard time with Asher allowing Lady Forrester to drink the poison.
I both love and hate how Teltlale made it extra difficult to kill Ludd. It makes me wonder if they wanted people to kill Gryff more.
The thing is that Ludd's death is the more beneficial option so they make it that you need to take risks to get it done.
Makes sense, I guess.
The thing is, though, Ludd and Gryff aren't really interchangeable in the same way Asher and Rodrik are. Gryff doesn't become the lord with Ludd dead. So I wonder how that works out in Season 2, hmm...
I bet Gryff will just be like: "Torrhen is busy doing Bolton stuff. He's given his personal authorization for me to rule in his stead as Lord as Ironrath!"
Well I'm hoping they will use Torrhen in season 2. He seems like a must-have character to me.
My personal reaction: I started hyperventilating.
The writers clearly shocked me enough to make me do that.
Rodrik's reaction: "YOU FUCKING ANIMAL"
My reaction:
I wanted to make Ludd suffer so much at that moment. :')
I'm still glad that I killed him in my playthrough, though. Fucking bastard... If only his death was as satisfying as Gryff's. ;-;
Angry doesn't really cover how I felt at the time.
I was pretty much enjoying the episode. Then the Whitehills showed Asher's head. After that all sense of fun and enjoyment was gone. I got all serious and wanted to see them die.
Why does Ludd's head's bleed before Rodrik's sword connect to his neck?
I was angry. I called him a fucking animal.
One of my favorite dialogue options in the game, and the one moment where the character's rage matched my own. Russ Bain killed that line in the recording studio.
I think Gryff will order a faceless man or another random assassin to kill Torrhen so he becomes Lord Gryff Whitehill... I hate even saying that.
He won't order a faceless man.
Faceless man cost deeply.
We should see Torrhen logically in S2; there was a focus on his familiy tapestry and he was kind of teased :P
Yeah...maybe not a faceless man.
I would absolutely love to see a new villian like Torrhen in Season 2 but I won't be surprised if Telltale just have it be Ludd or Gryff as Lord.
What i legitimately did when i saw it:
Too bad you cant actually bring their head back to Ironrath. Would've been a cool addition for Rodrik's story.
Rodrik: You fucking Animal!
YOUR HEAD IS NEXT, MOTHERF***ER.
Typical TELLTALE
Tbh I was relieved when I saw that "the gift" was nothing more than the head of a character we already new was dead on a pike. For a moment, I was afraid that "the gift" would be Ryon's severed tongue or genitalia. That would be a whole lot worse.
