Bug: NPC dialog gets cut-off by player interaction in Michone Ep. 1

Unlike the previous TWD games by Tell Tale, in Michone Ep. 1, NPC dialog gets cut-off by player convo selection.

In previous games, when player interaction in conversation was required, the NPC actually finished their dialog before the player's response occured, creating a more natural flow and rhythm to the dialog. With Michone Ep. 1, that conversation rhythm is broken, when player dialog selections immediately cut-off the NPC characters dialog, leading to situations where key NPC dialog is lost to the player.

Is this an issue that can fixed/addressed in the Michone episodes? It doesn't make sense that this functionality has been lost.

  • No its not a bug, it just does that for some reason. It irritating and hopefully next episode it stops. However I generally just wait till the last moment to press an option

  • It might not be a techincal/software bug, but it is without a doubt a production, art direction, quality bug.

    This didn't happen in TWD Pt 1 and 2. This should have been caught in QA.
