Who do you think Carver was supposed to be modeled after?
Originally, I thought he was supposed to be modeled after The Governor. I was thinking the Governor from the TV show. But after seeing a picture of what The Governor from the comic series, as well as learning a little bit about his character, I think Carver's appearance was modeled slightly after The Governor, and his perosality even more so was modeled after the comic version of the Governor.
