It's not confirmed that that'll happen. But if it does, a LOT of people will be pissed off.
It's not confirmed, but it does seem like something that could happen.
Imagine the computer is my TV screen.
It would ruin Negan. The whole point of Negan's introduction was to kill someone straight away, not wait 7 months for him to do so.
Besides, people will want something to think about in the summer, preferably grieving over Daryl/Glenn, not guessing who it'll be, which is what everyone is right doing now anyway
It will be absolutely horrible, ruin the tension of the scene, Negan's introductions, and the credibility of the show even further than that whole Glenn disaster did, and hopefully get Gimple fired. That said, I'm about 99% certain it's going to happen due to numerous positive spoiler sources and news sites reporting this. All we can do is hope that they come to their senses and change this before it's too late.
I just don't get how they think this is a good idea...if anything they'll lose ratings. And if they wind up killing someone like Aaron or Eugene I'm going to be so done with this show.
Walking dead is like "OMG OMG NEGAN WILL SHOW UP! WE PROMISE! EXPLOSIVE EPISODE THIS SUNDAY!" then Sunday episode shows and Negan appear the last minute, with Lucille above his head,coming downward and TWD is like "See ya in 6 months madafakas!" I would quit this show !
It would be just awful, I think they will do it though, I mean no one has died all season and as such I think this is the reason. I dont need constant death, however if no one dies over a long period it just gets stale
Part of me would be mad. The other part would laugh at all the people who have just been waiting around to see Negan beat someone to death because I am petty like that.
It's too much of an iconic moment to waste.I'm almost 100% it'll happen, and it better be with a main character or it's won't have near the same impact.
I have read rumours about this possibly happening and i would be pretty annoyed if it does, i want so see the iconic issue 100 happen in full at the end of this season and not have to wait 6 month to see who meets Lucille.
I'm gonna say the same thing as Trev. I'm gonna be okay with it if another character dies in the same episode. No matter what you want though, it's gonnabe a damn cliffhanger.
That would feel very anticlimactic seeing as the whole season might have been building up towards that final moment. Just ending it like that would just make it seem AMC is desperate for a cliffhanger and a bad one at that
