A Christa DLC is what's really needed

No further discussion! Some of us, most of us, probably nearly 100% of us TWDG fans need to know her whereabouts!! Who's with me?!

  • While I don't think a DLC is necessary, I do agree that Christa needs to come back. Forget about this 'some people remain missing forever' nonsense.

  • I still think Christa is dead, I mean how would all three scavengers survive and she still managed to live? She was probably shot after being stabbed or running away.

  • I can't mention one character who died off-screen in The Walking Dead so I'm sure Christa is still alive.

  • There definitely needs to be a Christa/Clem reunion. It's what I was hoping for all through season 2. Christa remains my favorite NPC.

  • Chuck died off screen

  • Honestly the Michonne mini series was kind of a pointless idea imo. It does nothing to advance either the characters or storyline of the original series

  • I wonder more about the 21 months they just skipped with Clementine, Christa and Omid(first 7 months only).

and pardon my shitty photoshop skills

  • Lee too

    Chuck died off screen

  • I dunno. I mean, I like the idea of finding out what happened, but I feel that Telltale making a DLC series to explain away something like how Christa survived or how Kenny "got lucky" would just enable Telltale to profit off of leaving plot points hanging, and not because they had a good story to tell if that makes sense? I'd rather we get resolution for plot points like that in a main Season, and that DLC be reserved for new stories as opposed to being reserved as a fail safe for slip ups in Telltale's writing.

  • No. I want to know what happened but I hate the idea of playing as Christa.

  • I don't like the idea of a Christa - centric DLC, but I would like to see her find a new group and struggle to move past her losses

  • I don't like the idea of playing as her and I agree with @'Blind Sniper that it would be perceived as if they were profiting off loose ends that they should've explained before, but I have an idea. Telltale could upload a five-minute clip to YouTube in which they show that scene from Christa's point of view, starting when she tells Clementine that she is going to go look for more wood. Eventually, Clem would throw a rock at Winston, and then we'd finally know what the hell happened. This could act as a promo for Season 3 to remind fans that it is close to being released. What do you guys think about it?

  • Horror movie rules: If you don't see the body, they're not dead.

    Chuck died off screen

  • But that would just be some deus ex machina bullshit. I get that this rule usually applies, but Christa was outnumbered and can even be stabbed in the leg. I'd think that even if she managed to kill one of them, the other ones would finish her off easily. I mean, they found the time to chase a little girl, I don't think they'd bother if they were still facing an adult woman.

If Christa is still alive, that's more illogical than Kenny's survival. I guess Christa should start growing a beard.

  • Oh yeah but we found his body, what I ment was that they don't get killed then ruled out. :P

  • Here's the script for the Christa DLC.

    "Christa! RUN!" - Clementine

    gets shot

Hey, take it easy man. I didn't write the game. You should take it up with the writers.

I understand why it's illogical but that's how this game works.

  • No, thanks. I'm not too fond of Christa at all, to be honest. I'd rather leave her fate unknown.

Well for Christa's return at least.

TWD:Michonne might of had more purpose back when TTG declared that users would be required to have purchased and downloaded at least the first episode of season 2 to proceed with Michonne then months later said Michonne would be standalone from the game's storytelling.. if I remember that right. I was thinking perhaps some tie-ins could of taken place somehow between Michonne's separation in the comic and the 16 month time jump in the All That Remains.

  • I dont care about christa that much, I like the fact we dont know what happened. So many other characters would go that way in a real scenario.

  • Christmas definitely deserves her own Season...personally my favourite character so I'm a bit biased. But still...

I don't know, I feel perhaps Halloween should have her own season more. But Christmas would be interesting.

  • That moment when auto-correct gives a good opportunity for a pun.

  • I would love to find Christa again SOMEHOW.
But it would be too weird to find Christa talking to herself about random objects.
