Michonne Episode 2 - stuck

I'm stuck in a loop during the fight in the garage at Sam's place. There's one QuickTime event where it just won't register that I've done the prompt, so I just keep dying.
I've tried rewinding the episode, tried making different choices in case one of last choices you make cause the game to glitch. I don't really want to reinstall the episode and play through the whole thing againunless I have too.

Anyone else have a similar problem and know how to fix it?

    I had a problem where the camera got stuck and I couldn't do anything. Just went back and replayed the chapter.
