Do you guys think we'll see it? I heard a great theory that sam's family and the survivors of monroe form it that'd be cool.

    Oceanside is a community first encountered by Siddiq, while he was making his way up from Miami. Pete, Berto and Oak could be from Oceanside, given that it's mentioned that the reason they are on the water is because they're doing a fishing run for that community.

    I'm sorry, but that pretty much throws away the chance that Sam's remaining family and the Monroe survivors formed it.

    Damn. Well maybe sam and the monroes will go there after all's said and done. May not mean much but the final achievement is called farewell

    That definitely seems plausible. In the comics, we could even see one of the main characters interact with Sam.
