Lilly & Wellington

Hey guys! I was thinking about it and: How likely is that Lilly is the leader of wellington? I mean that would be perfect to tie all endings into one, if you entered wellington without Kenny, You're at wellington with Aj, if you left with Kenny, both are found by Lilly on a supply run and they are taken there, if you're alone, you're also found by Lilly on a supply run, and if you end up with Jane ( guess what? ) Lilly finds you in a supply run!

Is that a resonable thinking?

  • While it is a good idea from a story-telling perspective, and would provide closure to her arc, I don't think that'd be realistic. The simple fact that we already ran into Kenny in the middle of Virginia after we last saw him on Georgia—not even counting how improbable that is—would make Lilly's return seem rehashed, and twice as unlikely. Others might think it would benefit the game as a whole, but I just don't.

  • It'd just feel like fan service. As much as I liked Lilly I'd rather just have a completely new and interesting character, instead of bringing back old fan favourites, create new fan favourites.

  • BetterToSleep already summed it up how I would've put it. Was crazy enough that Clem bumped into Kenny again in another state to begin with, but at the same time it isn't impossible, afterall Wellington was obviously a renowned safe haven that Christa and Clem were travelling there to begin with. So at the same time I'm not entirely against it either.

  • It's possible and maybe it would be unrealistic, but that never stopped them on the show. They have characters with unknown fates randomly reappear seasons later in totally different areas.

Well you're probabily right but I mean, it was 16 mounths, It wouldn't be unrealistic to find her there.

EDIT: Plus, it's possible for them to make a new time skip, which would increase this even more...

  • Actually, it was two years, because it's eight month pregnancy plus sixteen month time-skip. I believe time passing by would only make it more unrealistic, because it's even more time that both parties have survived. Lilly was supposed to appear during No Time Left from what I've heard. I think that would've been more believable.
