Cannot use TTG Tools

Hi, I wanted to translate the game The Walking Dead Michonne in slovak and czech language, but when I downloaded program named TTG Tools and clicked on Auto Packer and clicked on Encrypt...then I saw a error pop-up and the error said: Cannot use this file while JIT Debugger is enabled...I tried to search on google how to fix it, and I tried to fix it in regedit, but I had nothing in files like AeDebugg or.NETFramework just nothing got debugger on debugging...so please I will be very thankful if you can help me.

Telltale don't like people hacking their game. I don't think you're allowed to do this.

Someone already did this...I want to try it too but ai don't know how...

Someone murdered someone so it must be okay for me to do it too. Just because someone else did it doesn't mean it is allowed.
