A question for the ones who DIDN'T leave Sarah at the trailer park.

Who did you try to save on the balcony, Jane or Sarah? I tried to save Sarah because I care about her more. And Jane's one of the reasons we were caught off guard. Who did YOU try to save?

Comments

  • I left her at the trailer park, but I would've saved Jane because she is more useful.

  • Sarah, but I instantly regretted it

  • I did both endings ( not saving Sarah at the first time and saving on the second ) But I did not understood I was meant to send Jane to save her so I just pulled Jane on the second one :P

  • Technically, I told Jane to try and save her; not taking the credit for something I didn't do. Too bad Sarah was devoured regardless and Jane was hit by a teleporting wood plank.

  • I tried to save Sarah over Jane.

  • Sarah. Jane gave me no reason to care about her

  • I saved Sarah at the trailer but after that I felt she was a lost cause. It was bad enough having to risk Jane and Clem's life in the trailer I wasted no time in saving Jane at the balcony scene.

  • Saved Sarah and convinced Jane to save her twice. I cared about Sarah more than Jane, even if Jane is more useful. But Jane looked like the "tell me your sad story and i'll care about you" type of person. Also, Clem just met Jane the day before

  • I saved her in the trailer, but I knew the game wanted you to leave her, seeing how there was literally three options to do so, and only one option to smack her. When she fell off the balcony I knew she didn't have a chance, so I saved Jane. Like seriously as soon as I saw her UNDER the deck when she fell ON TOP of it, I knew Telltale wanted her dead either way.

  • On the balcony I pulled Jane up because I figured there was no point in trying to save Sarah when she is trapped under a heavy piece of rock. I didn't like Jane though.

  • I tried to save Jane. I loved Sarah and all, but if Jane died we'd be screwed. Sarah is great, but couldn't bring much to the group, but Jane was a better survivor than most of the main cast.

  • Even though I knew Sarah was a liability I sent Jane down to save her. Jane can take care of herself and I though Sarah dies anyway I wanted to at least try. I guess I was still holding on to the hope of Sarah actually redeeming herself to some extent, but to no avail.

  • Sarah, of course.

  • Exactly!!

  • Damn, this thread got buried fast.

  • I think it was all the April fools posts.

  • It wasn't a choice between saving Sarah or Jane :P

  • What do you mean?

  • I tried to save Sarah the second time. I never wanted to touch Jane. And I did blame her for that

  • I blamed her too.

  • The chice wasn't between either saving Sarah and Letting Jane die, or saving Jane and letting Sarah die. The choice was whether you get Jane to try to save sarah which is pretty different.

I didn't say it was that kinda choice, but ok.

    Alright.

  • I saved Sarah in the trailer park, and I told Jane to go save her when she was stuck underneath part of the deck. No matter what I wanted to save Sarah, even if Jane was against it. I really like Jane, but I wasn't letting myself get influenced by Jane's thinking of how she's basically a liability and she "can't be saved". Fuck that. She's a child. I couldn't let Clem continue without knowing she tried her best to get her out.

Speaking of which, Mike and Bonnie were perfectly able to get down to the ground and help Sarah with Jane. They might have helped Jane by picking off walkers while she was helping, but at least one of them still could have went down and helped pull her out. I'm still annoyed by that.

  • Sarah. Jane is quick and good at all this surviving stuff so she was supposed to just try to save her. Her sister's death diesn't mean that every confused lost person isn't worth saving.

  • I convinced Jane to try and help Sarah on the Observation Deck, she even does it if you stay silent, it was at that moment that I had given up hope on determinants - well, for The Walking Dead Series anyway, prove me wrong with Jane and Kenny in Season 3 TTG!

  • I saved Sarah BECAUSE she just didn't deserve it, she lost her father, felt guilty about Sarita and Nick and she just didn't deserve it.
I love Jane and all but she knows how to survive, Sarah didn't

  • Sarah. I thought a healthy, already half way down Jane could save the day. The thought never crossed my mind I was sacrificing Jane to save Sarah. Sadly shit happens.

  • Sarah because it's not like Sarah didn't want to live. She very well wanted to, but just wasn't physically (and mentally) able to.
