Can we actually sue telltale for Michonne? (For PS3 users)
I mean, they are clearly offending us as customers. We can't get a refund on PS3, so can we sue them? We might not get what we want, but at least we will get their attention to the problem and they might just release the freaking episode!

No you can't, since you'll get the Episode eventually. I know it sucks, but that's sadly how it is.

Do you really think they are intentionally keeping it from just ps3 users, there is obviously some tech issue with it. I know it sucks but you'll have to wait it out.
Much as I'd like to sue them for Season 2, I don't think that's going to work. You'll just have to wait until they resolve the issue. If I remember one time there was a week delay for a episode coming out in europe. If you can't wait just go and watch a playthrough online.
They haven't purposely held back the episode. It's obviously a problem they didn't expect, so it's not like they've done anything intentionally wrong.
