AJ possible MC in S3. (kinda disproven, but feel free to visit and discuss)

So, this idea just fell out of nowhere to me. It seems possible to me now that we might get to play as AJ in S3, possibly when he reaches age 15 or something, and Clementine would now be 25 years old, and an even bigger badass, and she would help protect us, but we wouldn't be completely defenseless. I think that would satisfy a lot of people.

It could also help to close the ending of Season 2. Kenny possibly passed away, Jane maybe left us, or Clementine was just able to survive on her own. Think about it, I think that ties in nicely.

What do you guys think?

    We can't skip that far ahead - if the comics is canon with the game, then we can't go much more than 2 years more into the apocalypse. Meaning AJ's maximum age is 2 or something.

    Though telltale could break comic ties I guess. But unlikely considering they've just made a Michonne game.

    I completely overlooked that lol. You are right, they can't skip that far into the future. My bad lol. I might have to edit the first post I made here to make more sense, I wrote this in like 30 seconds

    I personally think a timeskip is a terrible idea. The earlier in the apocalypse the game starts the better for me.

    I comletely overlooked the comics and their time rule. I thought for a second there I figured out what might happen in season 3, but nope. I overlooked comics entirely, and so I guess it won't happen. Thanks for leaving your opinion :)

    You can't delete threads, which is stupid imo.

    If we weren't restricted by the comics timeline, it wouldn't be a bad idea. I mean, The Last Of Us had a 10 years timeskip, so why not.

    The Last of Us was actually a 20 year time skip. I thought it was a bit ridiculous to jump that far ahead. Game was awesome though, don't get me wrong.
