I have nothing but issues with this game.

First, if I die, the game on Steam will reload with a black screen and a loop of the action music, forcing me to exit to the main menu and lose my saves. As well, the "save file" was labeled as being from 1980 (lol) and it would not let me reload, thus forcing me to start from the beginning. At this point, if I mess up at all in game and die, I can go from the cafe fight on the boat back to the boring ass beginning. I'm so sick of this game not functioning correctly, I could care less about episode 2.

All I need to know is, where do I send a request for a refund of this garbage?

    Well, you see, maybe the problem is your computer or an installation problem since no one else seems to be experiencing this.

    Just saying that before calling something "garbage" you should see if it's you who screwed up.

    I cannot play the game without dying. If I do, i get a black screen with game sounds and music but no input, forcing a restart. I lose my save games in the process. I've redownloaded and installed the game twice now, and even tried different locations, but it doesn't work. I'd hate to just skip episode one and try episode 2, but what else can i do if this game won't even let me restart at a checkpoint after death?

    I have a 980ti, 2600k OC'd @ 4.6ghz, 16gb of Corsair ram, SSD windows boot drive, and a 1tb WD Black storage drive, etc. It's not the pc.
