Game glitches in Michonne Episode 2

I ended up with a number of lags, one full-on freeze that I had to reset my PS3 for, and one fight where I started fighting an ally model instead of the enemy model, and ended up fighting an invisible enemy before fight resolution. I still got the button prompts, but it destroyed the story tension completely.

The game engine has got to work better than this -- the story makes the game, and lags and similar glitches robs the story of tension, and, in some cases, coherence (especially when the audio track no longer syncs with the video).

    I don't know how people are on episode 2. I just bought the season pass for X Box One and can't even get past the beginning because of the glitches.
