Walking Dead S2 episodes 3-4-5 locked

Hello, I can't download or unlock the episodes 3-4-5 despite my season pass.

I finished episode S2E1, installed episode 2 through the game but I can't download/unlock episode 3.
I tried to uninstall / reinstall: no change.

windows 7 / corei5 6600/ geforce gtx 970

What can I do ?
