Good question. I thought the game was a spin-off from the show, but it is actually a spin-off from the comics. Since I don't read the comics I have no idea how closely the show follows the comic's story.
Michonne takes place in the comic universe. There hasn't exactly been really any comic spoilers besides that she leaves the group, so there shouldn't be any TV spoilers, aside from the fact that in the comics she does leave, but the show is different lots of times.
The game is canon to the comics, so no, it doesn't contain any spoilers for the show. Besides, in the show, Michonne had one son, and not two daughters. And she did feel remorse over his death, if I remember correctly, it showed a bit in the Prison arc when she was holding Judith, and just after the Prison was destroyed, she has a "flashback" as well. I don't think Michonne will leave after the Negan arc, her mental stability problems and inner demons have been covered already, I think, but we shall see.

Nope, it takes place in the comic universe, during a period of time Michonne left Alexandria. It's a very comfortable spot for Telltale to work with, giving them the possibility of creating their own story, adding original characters and not spoiling any TWD media and they're doing exactly all that, so you should be safe
Just wanted to check back in on this now that episode 3's out.. No big spoilers that could potentially ruin the show?
