Extremely slow download
Hello,
I purchased episodes 2-5 & 400 days for iPhone/iPad almost 4 days back, since then I am not able to download any of the episodes. It takes almost 4-6 hours to reach 95% and then gets disconnected. This drains the device battery.
I contacted the support center, however, they replied saying they fixed some issues on server-side. I believe this is all non-sense, if you guys wanna keep up with your customer expectations, then I believe you should pay attention to your network bandwidth and upgrade your servers infrastructure..
