Michonne episode 2 opinions
Okay so after playing the episode myself, and watching my friend play it I have to say that this episode was no better. Some scenes were interesting you can't avoid them and no matter what you do the end result is the same. I really disliked that they just used the same song again, and the ending was just some soundtrack they used before. It was somewhat enjoyable going through the story that they layed out for us but after seeing it happen a 2nd time the exact same way I realised how cheap and rushed this series is. This is simply my opinion and I'm just being honest. It is frustrating because I see the same unenjoyable experience with Minecraft Story Mode. What does everyone else think of the series: Michonne?
Also I hate how much they are enforcing others to talk about Michonne's children. I thought the show was cheesy.

And when I say "rushed" I mean more like they are not even trying; just spitting out a series for some cash.
I agree, but I'm hoping they at least reuse the new characters for Season Three. Otherwise it'll be 400 Days all over again.
Aside from those cameos. But in all likeliness, only one person might show up like how Bonnie showed up.
Well, Im enjoying the series. Im not sure what kind of big changes you want went its only a three episode miniseries. Like, the opening credits and song. Its perfect so why change it?
While shorter, it was far better than Episode 1. I thought the choices in the episode were pretty good (there's a lot of different variations with Michonne and Randall concerning the radio), the voice acting continues to be great, and it was probably one of Telltale's best episodes in terms of cinematography and how it was shot.
Does that surprise you? This is a TellTale Game not an endless sandbox like The Sims, Minecraft or Garry's Mod. Thay have to have some set cutscenes otherwise there wuld be no set story.
Rolls eyes
These are all the situations you can end the episode with:
You can also hammer out a "deal" with Norma or she can be very pissed if you admit that you hurt him. Randall can also be very injured or almost untouched (or dead :P).
The player also gets different information on Michonne's daughters.
There are also 2 determinant scenes: the first scene and the one where you leave Monroe (burning it on purpose and killing some civilians or not). Also some different QTE depending if you chose to attack Norma or Randall and if you chose to attack the guy on the right or the guy on the left. Pete can also be with you (or not) the whole episode.

Some users pointed out some very interesting dialogue variations. When compared to previous titles, Michonne is being way more detailed and they're taking half of the time they used to make a Season 2/Season 1 episode.
I'm enjoying it a lot! Michonne is such an interesting character and she makes a great PC. The QTEs are AMAZING not only because we're playing as a 'samurai' but also because when we stab something that something really gets stabbed while in previous titles when a zombie has an axe shoved in its head there was no wound at all. This is obviously pure opinion but I think the plot and its characters are really interesting. I'm also loving the daughters subplot which adds a dark tone to the game.
Holy crap, I remember being skeptical about this game...
My bad, when I said "Some scenes were interesting you can't avoid them" I meant they were the only interesting scenes. Also those endings are barely different from each other and will not mean a damn when the story picks up again in the 3rd episode. The only thing that meant a damn in that entire episode (unless I'm forgetting something) is 2 possible captives. Imo: big whoop.
I disagree so much I don't know what to say.
Yes the 2nd episode was better than the 1st, but the 1st was a mess as well. I did like the voice acting in that radio scene, but that last scene was the only scene I believe I enjoyed in the 2nd episode. I also think the plot of the story is just.. boring. I don't care for any character, even Michonne because I figure she isn't going anywhere. Which is why the whole "shooting yourself" scene was just weird.
Adding to the variations that the episode has, Michonne's hallucinations ended either in a hallway with a pack of walkers or with the reveal that Donna was devoured. I truly, truly believe that that choice will determine how the next big hallucination goes.
