No sound Season 1 episode 2

Hi guys, i played episode one with no issues and when it went onto episode 2 there is completely no sound, ive tried reinstalling and chacked all my sound settings
with no luck, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix?

Yes I had this problem on android devices and Intel he graphics 1st gen predecessor. Episode 1 and 2 are running 2 surpritr engines. I myself don't know how to flex this problem or the mods earthy I don't thack. Your only choose is to conduct telltale support. But The phone and graphics card had been upgraded. So it flexed it salf. My point is try to upgraded your hardware if you can and make sure your Graphics card is at lease 234 memory of depleted graph memory ( telltale sues 512 but it is not nessure). If you don't have that mach tune not any telltale game is playable or have problems like no sound. And make sure you have a second sound card outside of Intel display radio if your laptop has just that make sure you have 6.16.3154 that is about Intel he graphics 4000 or bitter.
always upgrude your vadio cards to the lartest.

intel hd graphics 3000 about 15.28.24.4229,
intel hd graphics 4000 about 15.33.42.4358,
intel hd graphics 4200 and above 15.40.18.4380 or 15.40.22.4434 (not yit hosted by intel download center)
intel hd graphics 2000/1000 (not advised it may couse proplms) 15.22.58.2993, only use this if you have anther graphics card or anther soundcard like realtek or both.
For mac os x upgrude to 10.9 maverecks for Intel hd graphics 3000 cards or 10.11 El Capitan for Intel hd graphics 4000 or bitter intel hd graphics 3000 can upgrude to El Capitian but your computer might run slow base on it can't take advagse of all the opiting systems tesks.

if you have nevidia or ati go to there website, and find the dravers for your madel.
if that disent work telltale engine is having problems with 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers, this applys only for telltale game of thownes but i mysalf had this problem with walking dead season 1 also. it wont crash but sound may not come thoew. i do winder why that walking dead season 1 episode 1 and 2 and beyared has and updated engine, everyrime i rewared back to episode 5 for instace to episode 1, and replay episode 2 and behared it naver reads my saves currtly like i choose doung instude i get carley, that behiver does not happen on episode 2 & above. even worse episode 2 uses .wav for sounds unlick episode 1 uses .ogg. the problem is that .wav is higher epiqded and might breek order graphics cards like intel hd graphics 2000/1000. ( howaver telltale games did fex this problem on xbox 1, playstation 4 or vita. becouse it uses the same engine in all episodes. unlick the mac and pc platforms.
