What moment in the show do you think was more traumatizing?
Ned Stark's execution or the Red Wedding? I think the Red Wedding was more sad, at least IMO.

When Obi-Wan was killed by Vader and then disappeared into thin air.
Wow, this got buried.
The Red Wedding. The desecration of his corpse freaks me out more than Robb actually dying. Someone sawed Robb's and Greywind's heads off and spent however long stitching the new one on to his body. Couldn't stop thinking about it for a while after I had read it. Cat was stripped naked and chucked into the river, mocking her family's tradition.
Ned's head decorated the Red Keep for a while, but at least he was reunited with his body and is possibly still on his way to Winterfell.
The Red Wedding was much more devastating
Karl the Fookin Legend gave me PSTD
Unfortunately neither was too shocking for me since I had them spoiled beforehand. Red Wedding was sicker with them stabbing the pregnant woman in the womb.
Most shocking moment for me was Oberyn's death. Didn't see it coming and it really disturbed me.
The Red Wedding. Ned's execution was kind of simple and quick. He at least took acceptance of his fate
