Didn't include playable characters, because putting them in the same top with NPCs is unfair - we form their personalities & make them likeable for ourselvs.
Rodrik. He's like a more badass version of Eddard Stark with all of the humanity and none of the gullibility. And unlike most "heroic" characters in GAME OF THRONES who are usually destroyed before too long, Rodrik has the ability to dance the line between darkness and light. He can help Talia out of the mud one minute, then bash in Gryff's skull the next. Rodrik eats GRRM's pessimism for breakfast.
Asher. The "lovable scoundrel" taken to the next level, and no less brutal than Rodrik if the situation calls for it. Telltale should grant Asher at least ONE sly comeback in every dialogue exchange for season 2. It'd be a beautiful reward for gamers who saved him over Rodrik.
Beskha. If she isn't a PC in season 2, it'll be a VERY odd decision on Telltale's part.
Morgryn. Obviously Telltale's answer to GRRM's Littlefinger, but I think he has a lot of potential on his own. I like how his character design resembles a cross between a cat and a snake. I've never said this about ANY "Game of Thrones" villain before, but I actually want to see more of him.
Finn. His character evolution from dumb bully to likable meathead was one of the most rewarding in the game, in my opinion.

Yeah, it does LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Is this the eighth time this thread has been made, or the ninth? :P
Anyway, here's mine:
Rodrik Forrester (Our lord and savior, to which all men owe their fealty)
Ser Royland Degore (I wear this alpha's face as a badge of honor)
Talia Forrester (She's like an interesting version of Arya, which is a win in my books)
Asher Forrester (Damn this man and his likability, so much RIP)
Mira Forrester (What's not to love, about the most dangerous handmaiden in all of King's Landing?)
