Can the game stop stealing ideas and suprises from the comics?!

There are too many instances in the game that are blatantly taken directly from the comics and as soon as they happen I'm just thinking yeah they do that in the comics so you can see what's coming.

This happens more and more now and one good example is the character of Carver who the game try to make as their own version of Negan only Carver is much inferior and has no sense of humour and is instead just some utter slave driver who no one could ever root for and like in the comics where Negan takes Carl into his room for a talk, Carver does the very same with Clementine just about.
Another example is in the Michonne game last episode where Randall is now a walker and they put the bag over his head and send him towards Norma, well in the comics we see this happen when Negan sends a zombified Holly with a bag over her head towards Rick's group, so they stole that idea too!

They need to stop doing this because for the many of us that have read the comics it's just not interesting as it's already been done!

The only time they got this to work was with the St Johns, we have cannibals in the comics yes but with the St Johns it was done completely differently and it worked very well!

Can anyone else think of any other examples of when this has happened?

    So a good example of something stolen from the comics is a character that is nothing like a comic character? Carver is a brutal leader thats hard to avoid "stealing" from the comics, I mean most leaders are going to be fierce and a bit psycho. Pretty much every character has done evil things

    like in the comics where Negan takes Carl into his room for a talk, Carver does the very same with Clementine just about.in the Michonne game last episode where Randall is now a walker and they put the bag over his head and send him towards Norma,

    I dont see anything wrong with them adapting cool comic scenarios, plus they put there own twist on them. In the michonne one we are trading randall not the other way round (plus michonne likely thought of it because of what happened with holly). If they directly adapted things then maybe

    lol no. Carver and Negan are two different characters with only a few coincidental things about them that seem similiar. Like being an antiganist leader of a community. The other example is just silly, "the bad guy talks to a kid in a room", what? This sounds like grasping for straws.
