Why can't I see the info about the new walking dead game?

I was told I had no access to see it, but it didn't state why. Is it only open for those who have preordered it? Is that the only ones who can go in and see info about the game?

    Talking about the game focusing on Michonne.

    It states this after I'm done putting in my birthdate:

    SORRY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THIS CONTENT

    I'm pretty sure it's not because of my age.. seing as I'm 31... I clearly am not too young to watch it.

    Are you sure you're not underaged?

    That is the only reason I can think about for the website not letting you access.

    It sounds like you might have entered in an incorrect date? I can't think of any other reason. Perhaps you can contact the Support Team or clear your web broswer's cookies?

    I'm sure... I'm over 30 years old, so I should definitely not be underage. It took some time, but I did get up again the screen. It was just that I didn't get a chance to look over to see if the date was incorrect set by opening and closing the browser. I don't know how it suddenly became fixed however. It's not often I come across that the videos here check my age. I don't know how often it resets and they ask again.
