Say if Rick was with the group in S1 of the game?

Between Rick and Lee, who do you think would be the leader? Who would you say is the more capable leader? And I'm refereeing to comic Rick.

    Rick. Lee was kind of forced into it, he had some authority from being a university professor, but Rick always had a leader personality and was a police officer.

    I like Lee, but obviously Rick would be a much better leader.

    Rick is a better and more successful leader but he's mentally unstable and impulsive always finding his way into situations with seriously dangerous people The Governor, Negan, The Hunters and The Whisperers. I'd rather run or be a part of a community

    Both were good leaders but the problems that caused lees group to end were
    1 it was unstable, people were always fighting especially Jenny and lily both of them had leadership capabilities but they argued instead of discussing things
    2 the people and things they had to deal with were crazy (and deadly) which caused the their numbers to fall
    3 not everyone were the most " I AM GONNA SURVIVE" type

    So lee was actually a good leader but he was with the wrong group
