Can I link my telltale account to PSN/XBL accounts so my decisions are saved?

ive linked my telltale account to steam. can i also link it to psn and xbl so my decisions from season 1, played on the xb1, are saved so i can load them for season 2 which i have on ps4?

    Only recent Telltale titles starting with Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Minecraft, and Michonne so far are able to be linked with the account system. Seasons 1/2 of Walking Dead do not use the Telltale account system, but an interview with Telltale's CEO about Walking Dead Season 3 has hinted that they will have a system to accommodate people who played previous Seasons that will, in part, involve cloud saving. I would wait until we get more details on Season 3, but it does not hurt to keep your save files on hand.
