The Mark
Look at the walker carefully, you can see a mark on its back.
We see a similar mark here.
Notice how the mark on Javier is unfinished (it isn't a complete circle), it could mean something. Maybe there's a cult or something going on involving this, and turning people into walkers? We'll have to see.
