My favorite song of all time is "So Far Away" by Avenged Sevenfold. I think it would go great with Clem's story. Here it is:

I really want to hear "Through Houston" by Anadel in Season 3. If you haven't heard it yet, check it out.

That song from Avenged Sevenfold perfectly describes Clem's experiences of losing the ones she loved and closets to her, how she took that pain and used it to make her stronger rather then let it eat her up inside. She also knows she will see them again.

  • Exactly!

That song from Avenged Sevenfold perfectly describes Clem's experiences of losing the ones she loved and closets to her, how she took that

  • I hope we will hear more of Anadel. I like their music, and I loved it in TWD S2, it always felt so right and in its place.

I also liked songs from TFTB, and I think some of First Aid Kit songs could maybe fit in with TWD. Hard to say since we don't really have an idea of what S3 will be like, in terms of mood and atmosphere. At least not as accurate as one should know to think of a proper soundtrack.

  • I highly doubt Telltale would be able to use So Far Away, even though it would be fucking perfect for the game.

I think The Lion's Roar (by First Aid Kit. I love that band) could fit TWD, since it sounds like someone struggling against his/her demons, or something like that :P

Now the pale morning sings of forgotten things

She plays a tune for those who wish to overlook

The fact that they've been blindly deceived

By those who preach and pray and teach

But she falls short and the night explodes in laughter

But don't you come here and say I didn't warn you

About the way your world can alter

And oh how you try to command it all still

Every single time it all shifts one way or the other

He/she would try co control his/her demons, but finally failing, since the word has changed so much, and has changed him/her so much, he/she can't control thing like revenge, rage, etc.

And I'm a goddamn coward, but then again so are you

And the lion's roar, the lion's roar

Has me evading and hollering for you

And I never really knew what to do

The Lion's Roar could be the beast inside him/her, but she/he is trying to avoid the demon on his/her shoulder, but at the end of the day, he/she wound't really know what to do. Surrender to his/her new nature and adapting to this new world? Trying to keep his/her ideals and innocence?

Well I guess sometimes I wish you were a little more predictable

That I could read you just like a book

For now I can only guess what's coming next

    By examining your timid smile

And the ways of the old, old winds blowing you back 'round

Again, he/she doesn't know what will he/she do next when this "demon" tries to take control of his/her actions. He/she wishes to be able to control that monstrous feeling, but the "Old winds keep blowing it back 'round"

And I'm a goddamn fool, but then again so are you

And the lion's roar, the lion's roar

Has me seeking out and searching for you

And I never really knew what to do

Sometimes I wish I could find my Rosemary Hill

I'd sit there and look at the deserted lakes and I'd sing

And every once in a while I'd sing a song for you

That would rise above the mountains and the stars and the sea

And if I wanted it to it would lead you back to me

He/She finally kind of makes peace with this beast, and undertand that he/she can't keep his/her innocence intact, but that doesn't mean he/she shound't stop struggling againt becoming a monster.

And the lion's roar, the lion's roar

Is something that I have heard before

A children's tale, the lonesome wail of a lion's roar

So... I think that's my interpretation of the song.

It could also be a song about people blindly believing in religion's simple answers about life's complex questions, like so many people think. Idk.

I don't this just reminds of Clem being a rebel and leader standing against all evil and corruption she see's and is not afraid to say her mind. enter link description here
